Good morning crafters!
Recently I got some new white clay & decided to try it out by making some mini cakes. Turns out, it works perfect and hardens much faster for my mini cakes!
Recently I got some new white clay & decided to try it out by making some mini cakes. Turns out, it works perfect and hardens much faster for my mini cakes!
But enough about clay, time to show one of my newest cakes!
A blueberry & vanilla flavored cake with blueberry icing & delicious fruit candies on the top!
I actually just started making the cake as a plain white cake, cut a piece out and textured the inside with a needle. I then decided to try making it into a blueberry cake. To make the blueberry icing on the outside, I used a caulk like substance (basically the same as caulk), mixed it with some Puffy Paint and used a toothpick to spread it onto the cake. Then, I used some dark maroon Puffy Paint I had left over to create the icing inside. I slightly spread the dark maroon Puffy Paint on the inside on the cake with a toothpick. Would not expect it, but the dark maroon Puffy Paint, which I created using black & red Puffy Paint, used in the perfect way works really well as a blueberry icing.
After I was done with the main parts of the cake, I stuck some yummy fruit decor into the blueberry icing to finish off the cake. Took about an hour to make, but really was so worth it!
I hope you like it!
